The CFA® Program consists of three levels of exams (Levels I, II, and III), which must be completed in sequence. It’s recommended that candidates dedicate at least 300 hours of preparation per exam level, though the exact time needed may vary based on individual backgrounds and experience. Candidates are allowed up to six attempts per exam level and can take as long as necessary to finish the program. The CFA Program curriculum is updated annually to reflect the evolving demands and complexities of the global investment profession.
